Step 1: Visit the UIDAI’s official website that is https://resident.uidai.gov.in/.
Step 2: Once you are on the UIDAI’s home page, select “Aadhar Authentication History” link under the Aadhaar Services column.

Step 3: Then it gets directed to a new page named Aadhaar Authentication History. You should enter the UID/ the 12-digit Aadhaar number.
Step 4: Enter the security code correctly in the respective box and click on “Generate OTP”.

Step 5: On the new page titled “Aadhaar Notification Setting”, select the “Authentication Type” by clicking on the drop down arrow.
Step 6: You should choose the start and end date from the calendar for which you want to check the history.

Step 7: Next, enter the number of records and the OTP in the respective box and click on “Submit” button.

Step 8: On completing these, UIDAI displays the history in a tabular format that includes date, time, type ID and authentication type among others.

There are only two prerequisites for checking the authentication. It includes:
The 12-digit Aadhaar number
Aadhaar registered mobile number to receive the one-time password
What is Aadhaar Authentication History?
Whenever you invoke Aadhaar for availing a service, UIDAI registers the transaction in its database. No demographic or biometric data is stored in Aadhaar’s database. Only a few transaction details are saved, such as:
Type of transaction (demographic, biometric or OTP-based),
Date and time of transaction,
Authentication organisation (UIDAI, EPFO, ITD, NIC, CDAC, etc.),
UIDAI response code,
Unique Aadhaar Transaction ID
Authentication Response (Success or Failure) and
UIDAI Error Code, if any
It is worth mentioning that only 50 results of past 6 months can be invoked while checking the Aadhaar authentication history. UIDAI allows users to check transactions of six authentication types, namely:
Demographic
Biometric
OTP
Demographic and Biometric
Biometric and OTP
Demographic and OTP
You can also select the specific date range for viewing your Aadhaar authentication history. However, this range should not exceed more than six months. You can see a maximum of 50 records at a time. In case you want to find a specific transaction, select the specific authentication type and the relevant date range.
Points to Remember
Aadhaar authentication history can be accessed only when your mobile number is linked with Aadhaar.
A maximum of 50 results can be viewed by the user.
Users can view the authentication history of transactions that are not more than 6 months old.
You can also select a custom date range to check the authentication history during that period.
There is only one method to check the history of Aadhaar authentication online.

CHANDRAYAAN 2: NASA'S LRO PERFORMS SECOND FLYOVER TO LOCATE VIKRAM'S LANDING SITE ON THE MOON

NASA has scheduled a flyover of its Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO) over the landing site of India’s Vikram Lander yesterday, 14 October. It is trying to locate ISRO's Vikram lander and capture images of it. We just might get lucky this time around and finally see the condition of the crashed lander as the lighting conditions are thought to be better. The LRO, on a previous occasion (17 September),  has flown over the landing site  but was not able to see Vikram because it was dusk at the lunar South Pole. "Long shadows in the area" was thought to be obscuring the area. However, NASA did release images of the moon and the site where the lander is  thought to have crashed . The lander is most likely dead after the lunar night.
